1. Summertime Sides

    Coleslaw is one of the go-to foods for summertime. Unfortunetly, the creamy dressings are not very good for you with sour cream or mayonaise. (And I know a bunch of you love mayonaise…..but its not my favorite and its made from gross fatty things)

    Coleslaw can be really good without the creamy dressings and so much better for you. I really like cabbage and carrots with soy dressing. If you shred the cabbage and whatever veggies you like and then let it sit for a little bit in some soy sauce, lemon and rice vinegar the dressing will coat the veggies and make it taste so much better.
