There are 2 things that I love to do, stay fit and healthy, and eat.
Unfortunetly they don't really go hand-in-hand since chocolate cake and alfredo sauce on a daily basis lead to clogged arteries, not a sleak physique.

I once told my friend that "I think, I think about food more than a guy thinks about sex." That being the case, here are some of my ramblings about trying to be a skinny food-a-holic.

    Yummy Pear Appetizer

    This is a really yummy way to use pears and get some extra fiber. Also a plus, the fiber will help to fill you up so you don’t eat as much durning your meal.
