Unfortunetly they don't really go hand-in-hand since chocolate cake and alfredo sauce on a daily basis lead to clogged arteries, not a sleak physique.
I once told my friend that "I think, I think about food more than a guy thinks about sex." That being the case, here are some of my ramblings about trying to be a skinny food-a-holic.

Runners Paradise
On a side note, yesterday was the first sunny day we have had since I have been back home.
I thought that it would be a good idea to get some new running shoes to get ready for the great summer months where I can run outside. One of my friends recomended that I go to this place called Roadrunner. They have anything you could ever need as a runner and so much more. They have a great program called “shoe dog” where they measure your feet and how you run in order to find you the best running shoe.
Apparently I have funny shaped feet because I was there for 2 hours trying on as many as 15 pairs of shoes in order to find the best pair. I found a great pair of adidas that I am itching to try out. Unfortuntely, by the time I was finished paying for the shoes, it had started raining again. Gotta love the northwest.
Anyway, I recomend going there to anyone who needs new running shoes. They offered great service and even found shoes for my feet that have narrow heels, wide toes and super high arches.
